Meet Yuri, founder of INDEC
I started in construction at 19 as a helper. Within a year, a larger company recruited me, and my attention to detail earned me advanced training and certification from KNAUF, the German building-materials leader. From there I moved into complex remodeling: multi-level walls and ceilings, tile and porcelain, wallpaper, flooring, fine painting, and precise leveling of walls and floors, using the best European and American methods. In 2017 I moved to the United States and founded INDEC. For 9 years we’ve helped homeowners in the Greater Seattle area turn their spaces into exactly what they imagined, with clear communication, careful planning, and craftsmanship that holds up for years.
INDEC is fully licensed, insured, and bonded, so your home and your investment are protected from day one.
Every project gets the same approach: analyze each step, plan the materials, and leave nothing to chance. That means fewer surprises, less waste, and a finished result you’ll be proud of.
Exceptional quality, built to last
At INDEC, we don’t just remodel spaces. We turn your home into exactly what you imagined. Our KNAUF-certified team brings years of hands-on experience and careful craftsmanship to every project, from fine interior painting and tile to full renovations. Eastside homeowners trust us for quality work, clear communication, and results that last.
Honest quotes.
Quality work.
No surprises.
Too many contractors chase profit at the expense of quality—offering low-ball quotes only to inflate the final bill with unexpected add‑ons. We believe you deserve better. Our approach is simple: we listen first, then recommend the smartest solution for your specific project—nothing more, nothing less. No hidden fees, no upsells, no surprises. Just honest guidance and expert craftsmanship that fits your goals and your budget.
